Synchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, is seeking a licensed PRN Speech Language Pathologist at Kessler Estates, a dynamic and innovative Assisted Living health campus located in Lima, OH. You must hold an active or pending Speech Language Pathology (SLPCCC) state license to apply for this position.

As a PRN employee, your primary campus assignment will be Kessler Estates but your PRN experience will be enhanced by the opportunities to provide support to nearby locations:

• The Springs of Lima
• Springview Manor

• Must have an active or pending Speech Therapy/SLPCCC or Speech Interim state license
• Proven track record of successful patient care experience
• Experience working with a geriatric population preferred
